Hi Tom. You did the right thing in ending the relationship. You can’t help how you feel, only what you do about it. If the heart connection is no longer there, you need to end it. This wonderful young woman deserves someone who will cherish her and she will eventually find that person.

As for ending it sooner, well some things we need to be absolutely certain of, and hey, you didn’t ghost her like a coward.

I know people who got married when they should have broken-up, so coodos on that one.
